Saturday, 25 October 2003. As I predicted the 'official' web site has gone belly up. See the "Under 20" section.
Some fool has tried to update the site and done a glorious cock-up by installing a Flash component that requires you to lower all your safety /privacy progs! Aren’t we all wondering if the person(s) who fiddled the money out of the system for the web site, will pay it back. The ODPM (they know what that means) is greatly concerned about the adverse publicity for Tony's pet project. The web site project was 'engineered' to fiddle money out of the system. Ted was right yet once again!

Sunday, 14 September 2003. At a closed meeting of the NPNC on Tuesday 9th September, Joan Barwell resigned the chair. Her resignation was on two counts :-
1. That she disagreed with the manner in which the Northlands Park web site contract had been allocated and managed.
2. That she had not been advised by other members of 'independent' web site.
A full meeting is to be convened to elect her replacement.

Friday, 22 August 2003. There was a get together, in the common room at Felmore Court on Wednesday, for the people involved in the 'flowerising'. Ted Aylward was not invited. Marilyn Meaden had a walk round the gardens and saw Ted, but declined to speak to him. Wonder who paid for the 'bun fight', and who provided it.
Following on from the news sheet being circulated with no mention of the 'official' web site, further circulars were pushed through the letter boxes today (at £7.50/hour?) telling of the 'fun day' on Sunday. Again, no mention of the 'official' web site. What's up NPNC?
Google have now picked up the links to this 'Independent' web site, and it has had one hit. Should get a few hits from a wider audience.
