There is a 'first look' case for warranting further investigation to ascertain whether there has been :-

1. Misallocation, and/or misappropriation of funds.

2. Conspiracy to defraud the Inland Revenue and others.

3. Correct procedures followed in the awarding of contracts.

4. Actions requiring the Ombudsman to investigate for maladministration.

For myself, I am going to 'bow out'. Twenty years ago (maybe ten!) I would had followed through and completed what I have started. I'm too old now, and do not have the energy. (it is my 70^th birthday)

I am leaving it for some younger person, with principles, to take up the challenge.

The advert will stay in the newsagent's window for another month. After that, this site will stay here just as an 'oddity'.
