FINALE !

(Hit the back arrow to return here after visiting the links)

And so we come to the end of the series of events set over the past year.

I have been expelled from the club by the club cretins!

There was my analysis of the 97/98 accounts. This was followed by a similar exercise for the 98/99 accounts.

Interspersed with these a friend and I were being harassed, threatened and assaulted by a power crazed committee member and being set up by his daughter, the barsteward.

That friend was also "asked outside" by another committee idiot.

In the background was the Regional Organiser having the piss taken out of him by the club secretary as he tried to get me a copy of the registered rules. The national Controller Membership and Secretary General were equally impotent.

To cap it all the branch committee gives the treasurer £250 to buy Premium Bonds in his own name!

I know that all this sounds unbelievable, but go to my index page and read my pages in chronological order and you will see the story unfold.

Dear Mr. de Prochnow,

I enclose copies of pages that relate to my web site.

I give up!

Your office failed to persuade the club secretary to send me a copy of the registered rules.

Considering this, I have no confidence in your office having any authority in the carrying out an appeal or monitoring an appeal.

I am fortunate. I can walk away from the fiasco.

A month or so before the assault, one of the older members was speaking to me. He was complaining about the committee. I said that I did not look upon the club as my club but as my local pub. I had no interest in the politics of the committee. He replied by saying, "All it needs for evil to flourish is for good men to turn their backs."

I did not, and could not, turn my back on a fried when he was assaulted. I may have learnt a lesson, but I have no regrets.

I understand that the club will continue in business and that the branch treasurer is still in office.

Yours sincerely,

Edward C Aylward

Dear Mr Aylward

20th December 1999

PITSEA & VANGE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION SOCIAL CLUB LTD

I acknowledge receipt of your letter and enclosures dated the 6th December 1999 in the

matter of the outstanding Disciplinary Hearing which is now scheduled to take place on

the 25th January 2000.

I have spoken with the Club Secretary who has confirmed that you will be supplied with a copy of the current Registered Rules of the Club as you have requested.

I hope that you will be able to attend the Disciplinary Hearing on the 25th January so

that this matter may be resolved.

Yours sincerely

N S H de Prochnow

REGIONAL ORGANISER

Earlier I said that I would let you have sight of the confidential letter in reply to the above letter from Mr. De Prochnow. Here it is slightly edited.

I refer to your very brief letter of 20/12/99 that smelt of panic and confessed failure.

You make no reference to the enclosures. You give no opinion on my reasons for asking for the "charges" to be dropped. You make no comment on the drinking during the hearing. You avoid the fact that the prime witness refused to attend. You just do a Nelson!

You are a coward!

I put this to you as a confidential letter. But, if you wish, you may again be stupid and publish it; as you did my letter concerning the Premium Bonds.

I cannot make out whether you are just naive, or that you really are that incompetent.

Hampson has stuck a finger up to you and told you to spin on it! Jobson dropped you in it by going public with my confidential letter to you. (And he still refuses to cash the bond and return the £250 to the accounts.)

Hampson can now do with his rule book what he did with his finger!

You now expect me to go into the bear pit and be used as an Aunt Sally by the club cretins. (Sorry about the mixed metaphors)

You, Mr. de(ar) Prochnow, have to live with your embarrassing failures. As I have said in my letter of 6/12/99, "I can walk away from it." You have to sit there.

Every morning, when you look in the mirror, you will remember me and I will be looking back at you and holding up two fingers.

I have held senior positions and have had to fight, and at times put my job on the line, to achieve justice. If I had failed, so miserably, as you have, in all the matters that I have placed before you, I would have resigned.

I have achieved what I set out to do.

I have made the hierarchy realise their lack of control.

I have prodded the club and branch members into activity.

The club will now be milked for another six months and close down.

The £250 will be returned to the accounts.

As I said to you in our first phone call, "I have been saying that as I have used the club for three years. I'll have to do something to get myself barred so that I have to go elsewhere." I even achieved that!

I do have sympathy for you. But, if you worked for me, I would sack you.

My compliments of the season.

On each of the six days leading to the hearing on 25/1/00 I sent Mr. De Prochnow a post card. They told him that I still had not received a copy of the registered rules, as he had promised many times. He just cringed in his corner, sucking his thumb and clasping his comfort blanket, completely ineffective.

Finally, I am expelled !

MR E.C. AYLWARD

Dear Sir.

Having failed to attend the committee meeting for the second time on the 25/01/2000 the

committee decided to hear the complaint made against you, and deliver judgement on the

complaint in your absence.

After some discussion it was unanimously decided that you be expelled from the club under Rule 22,

Effective immediately

Yours faithfully

J.J. Hampson

Secretary

THE FUNNY PART IS THAT THE ARSEHOLE NEVER SENT ME A RULE BOOK! SO, I DO NOT KNOW WHAT RULE THE STUPID IDIOT IS TALKING ABOUT! (DO I ??!!)

And so to the requiem!
